Although I am based in East Lothian, Scotland, people are more than happy to pay the postage from all over the country to get their rackets re-strung by myself.
Most people know how much your game can improve with a good re-string but this fact is often forgotten or ignored in favour of waiting until the string breaks. If you play twice a week you should get your racket re-strung at least twice a year. This may also vary depending on weather conditions, type of court surface (tennis) & where the racket is kept when not in use.
Travelling in an aeroplane can also affect the string.
