When asking for a free quote I can discuss
and advise you on what you might need. This all depends on what type
of business it is and what you want to say.
Here are a few things you could think about before you contact me.
Don't worry if you don't know what you want yet, you can ask me
any questions you like. I can advise you on anything you are not
too sure about.
1. What is the purpose of the web site?
1.a. Is it to sell something?
1.b. Is it to inform?
1.c. Is it to advertise?
1.d. Is it to let people contact you?
1.e. Or even all of the above? |
2. How many pages might it need?
2.a. Is it a one page web site for basic
information and contact details?
2.b. Does it require multiple pages for different categories?
2.c. Will it need to have extra information about certain items?

3. Does it require graphics/pictures?
3.a. How
many pictures?
3.b. Can you supply the pictures?
3.c. Do they need to be
resized or re-touched in any way?
3.d. Can the visitor click on them for
more info or to enlarge the image?

4. Do you have web space and a domain name?
4.a. Do
you need me to buy you some web space? (the place where the
web site lives)
4.b. Do you know who you want to
buy the web space from?
4.c. Do you need me to buy a domain
name? (this is the Internet address of your site i.e.dreamweaving.co.uk is
the domain name I bought for myself)
4.d. If you have an existing web
site, do you have all the information for uploading to it?
